We are a small, grassroots, local organization in Houston, TX, dedicated to providing free community health work to indigent and/or under-resourced people in our community.

We understand that navigating social services can be very confusing, and departments within large organizations can sometimes work in silos. This can make accessing needed information very difficult, and even frustrating when people have to retell their stories to different people, over and over, trying to reach the appropriate person to help with their need.

We’ve seen people give up and lose hope. We want to change that.

We provide wrap-around community health case management. We will work your case from start to finish, and we will assist with connecting you to resources, advocating for you all along the way. We know that circumstances can improve, and we want to be a part of your journey to get to that point.
